Project Managers must be able to manage the financial, scheduling, customer relations and quality control aspects of multiple projects with full accountability. Penn Valley’s projects range from $1 to $20 million.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Creating scopes of work for development of contract documents, reviewing and submitting submittals to design professionals, marking up monthly requisitions, coordinating utility applications, overseeing punch list completion, scheduling via Microsoft Project, general oversee / assist superintendent.
Project Managers should also reflect strong writing skills in preparing contract documents, maintaining schedules, writing subcontracts/change orders, and issuing meeting minutes.
Min. 10 years’ experience in construction management. Benefits plus incentive.
Construction superintendents are responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, on-site supervision including day-to-day scheduling of the work and scheduling of inspections and any required testing. Management and inspection of quality control, accuracy and adherence to the plans and specifications. Maintenance of as-built records and plans, daily job reports and enforcement of safety rules. Minimum 10 years experience in construction supervision. Benefits plus incentive.
