Company History

Founded in 1933 by George E. Otto and Robert C. Crowell, Penn Valley Constructors, LLC has been providing customers with quality and value for over eight decades. From 1987 to 2017 the company was managed by Jonathan E. Otto & J. Peter Grover. With Peter’s retirement in December of 2017, John DenBleyker, VP and Christina Weight, CFO have joined Jon to form the new management team.

A typical Penn Valley project is a turnkey building or addition costing between $1,000,000 and $20,000,000. The physical size of the projects range from relatively small to over 200,000 square feet.

Penn Valley prides itself on a very high level of repeat and referral work. This results from a company policy of commitment to quality and fair dealing.
